You don’t know what you’re capable of until you surpass what you never thought was possible.
Thank you all for your love & support! I’m thankful to say I’m doing a little better today. I’m still not sure what has caused this recent flare up. Number of reasons pop into my head; hormones, weather being so hot in LA for autumn, maybe I ate something my body is reacting to, been hit by a virus … just hard to say. It’s always a bit scary when my body feels like it’s been filled with lead & I don’t have the strength to move. By moving I’m not talking about being unable to practice yoga or hike, I’m talking about laying in my bed & not having the strength to move my head from side to side. I’d be lying if I didn’t say it’s fucking scary when my body crashes like this but thankfully I’m starting to feel it begin to pass. I’m resting today & hoping I can set off for my road trip sometime this weekend 🤞 But I’m not rushing it if my body is not ready to travel. Just taking it one breath at a time. Sending love & strength to all my fellow warriors. Love you tribe 💚 #chronicillnessawareness #chronicpainwarrior
