Back to talking on being eco friendly. Let’s chat carbon footprint & meat. Now let me put something up front & put in the open I am NOT vegan aka I’m a 🦖. I admittedly without shame love meat & I feel better when I eat meat. However I do know the impacts of me eating meat in which case I do my best to have AT LEAST one meatless day a week or do a meatless meal per day. I’m not asking anyone to give up meat – since I’m not doing that but I would recommend everyone to pay attention to how much meat you are consuming with the carbon footprint.
So if you are like me & a 🦖 but also want to be eco friendly then have meatless days or meatless meals. We need to reduce & be aware. I love meat but I’m good with a pb&j or lentil soup or protein shake or other meatless meals instead of meat every meal along with eating local foods as much as possible 💚
